One common problem faced by most people is snoring and this is a sleeping disorder which can cause serious effects on people if left untreated. There are even surgery performed to stop snoring, in which the size of air passage is increased to make breathing easier. Finally, there are few exercises that opens airway naturally and these exercises need only few minutes of dedication every day.
